Processing time

  • Orders are made to order. Standard processing time: 2–5 business days before shipment.

Shipping methods & carriers

  • Shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS; typically in 7×5×3" boxes for smaller items.

Firearm-accessory shipping restrictions

  • Products that are firearm accessories (holders, rail covers, tools) generally ship like any other item — they're not firearms or firearm parts.

  • We do not ship firearm-adjacent products to addresses where local law restricts them, and you, the buyer, are responsible for knowing your local regulations.

Lost or damaged in transit

  • If your order doesn't arrive, please contact us. Packages not delivered within 15 business days of the ship date (domestic) are considered lost, and we'll issue a replacement or full refund, buyer's choice, at no cost to you. Damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll replace or refund damaged orders at no cost. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by tracking to an address the buyer provided incorrectly, or for theft after confirmed delivery — please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Return window

  • We must be notified within 14 days from delivery for unused, unmodified items in original packaging.

Non-returnable items — this is the section that matters most for your catalog:

  • Custom or made-to-order items (vehicle-specific parts, personalized colors, custom quotes)

  • Firearm accessories once installed or modified

  • Clearance/discounted items

Defective or incorrect items

  • Full refund or replacement, buyer's choice, if the item arrives defective, damaged, or is the wrong item — no restocking fee in this case.

  • Photos required of the defect

Change-of-mind returns

  • Buyer pays return shipping, item must be unused, and a restocking fee of 20%.

Refund processing

  • Standard timeline for refunds is 5–10 business days back to original payment method (depending on payment method) and shipping costs are non-refundable except on defective/wrong items.

Warranty

TriCarbon Fabrication warrants that each item is free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only — print failures, incorrect dimensions from the listed spec, or material flaws.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from improper installation, misuse, or use outside the item's intended application

  • Modification or alteration by the buyer

  • Cosmetic variations inherent to 3D-printed parts (minor layer lines, color batch variation)

  • Failure caused by exposure to conditions the material isn't rated for (e.g., PETG automotive parts in extreme heat beyond spec)

Warranty period: 45 days from delivery.

Remedy: Repair, replacement, or refund at TriCarbon Fabrication's discretion.
