What We Use
Every part we make starts with the equipment and materials behind it. This page is a rundown of the printer, build surface, and filament brands we actually use in our own shop — not a sponsored list, just what's on our bench.

Our Printer
Bambu Lab P1S with AMS Our workhorse. The enclosed chamber and multi-material AMS system let us run everything from PLA to carbon-fiber-reinforced filaments reliably, which matters when a print takes hours and we're not standing over it the whole time. [Check it out →] (affiliate link)
SUNLU FilaDryer S2 Keeps our filament dry and print-ready, especially for moisture-sensitive materials like PETG and carbon-fiber blends. Runs pretty much constantly in our setup. [Check it out →] (SUNLU)
Build Plates
BIQU CryoGrip Glacier Plate Strong PLA adhesion at a lower bed temp than standard plates, which has made a real difference on our larger, flatter prints. Fewer warped corners, easier releases. [Check it out →] (link)
Bambu Lab Plates (Cool, Textured PEI, Engineering/High Temp, and more) We keep an assortment of Bambu plates on hand and swap between them depending on the material and print — from quick PLA runs to high-temp PA-CF parts. [Check it out →] (link)
Filament We Trust
SUNLU PLA+, PETG, ASA, TPU & PA6CF - Our go-to for most made-to-order prints — consistent color, reliable printing, and a wide enough color range to match almost any custom request. [Check it out →] (SUNLU)
BAMBU PLA, PETG, ASA, TPU & PA6CF - Our choice when a print needs to pair perfectly with our AMS — reliable RFID-tag color/profile detection and consistent quality, especially for our carbon-fiber-reinforced prints. [Check it out →] ( link)
eSUN PLA+ - A regular in our rotation for general-purpose prints and prototypes. [Check it out →] (link)
Software we USE
Fusion 360 Our main CAD tool for designing custom parts from scratch — especially anything that needs to fit a specific vehicle or hardware spec exactly. [Check it out →] (link)
MeshyAI Handy for quickly generating and iterating on organic or novelty shapes — think fidgets and gizmos — before we clean the model up for printing. [Check it out →] (link)
Bambu Studio The slicer we run every print through. Free to use, and it pairs natively with our printer and AMS setup. [Download →] (Bambu Studio)
This page is updated periodically as our setup evolves. If you're curious about a specific material or process we used on a particular piece, feel free to reach out — we're happy to talk shop.
